I started River Fox Events after owning a teepee sleepover business and realising how much I loved creating those magical little moments and memories that stay with you long after the day is over.
For me, it's never just been about balloons or decorations, it's about the feeling when everything comes together and your child walks into a space created just for them. The excitement, the atmosphere, the tiny details they (and you) remember years later.
Over time, what began as a creative outlet naturally grew into the business it is today. I now work with families across Surrey and London creating beautifully styled children's parties, statement balloon installations and celebrations that feel personal, immersive and genuinely special.
I keep the business intentionally small so I can stay hands-on with every event and give each one the care and attention it deserves - from the first ideas through to installation day.

Share your vision
Share your event details, including date, venue and any initial ideas. We'll then arrange a short call to refine the direction together.
Tailored proposal
We develop a tailored concept for your event, with considered moodboards, colour palettes and visuals - giving you complete clarity before we bring everything to life.
Installation
Everything is set up by our events team before your first guest arrives, so you walk into a beautifully decorated space, ready to enjoy the moment. After the event we pack down and take it all away.

Laura created a beautiful balloon hoop garland for my son's Christening. It was a beautiful piece of decor and we received loads of compliments about it. What a brilliant service. The balloon arch was incredible with really good quality balloons. Laura was so speedy at building it - in no time the kitchen was ready for a 15 year old's party.
